On January 31, sales elites from both domestic and international markets of Yujin Food gathered at the company’s headquarters in Zhaoqing for a two-day annual sales conference. The meeting featured not only an in-depth review of the past year but also strategic planning and learning sessions aimed at the future. Chairman Tian Zhenxiang and General Manager Yu Ping participated throughout the event, joining regional sales managers in reviewing achievements, aligning directions, and building consensus.

Regional sales managers took turns presenting their annual performance with data-driven reports, offering profound insights into the dynamics of their respective markets—growth drivers, reasons for unmet targets, shifts in channels, and evolving competitive landscapes. The presentations went beyond mere reporting, serving as strategic calibration sessions grounded in real-world experience. Following each report, the General Manager provided precise feedback and strategic guidance.

The conference specially invited heads of mid- and back-office departments, including production, R&D, customer service, finance, and quality management, to foster deep alignment between frontline needs and backend support. The R&D team delivered a multi-dimensional analysis of new products, guiding the sales team to develop a thorough understanding from the perspective of sensory experience. The R&D Director shared during the conference, “In an era of accelerating change, persistent learning and a deep understanding of our products remain our fundamental advantages in winning the market.”

As a key strategic new product for the year, “whey ferment” and its composite products received focused attention during the meeting. From their health attributes to market demand and core selling points, the R&D and marketing teams collaboratively translated technical features into market value, ensuring the sales team could not only “describe the features” but also “articulate the value.”

Following the presentations, the conference systematically explained the company’s upgraded sales system and channel strategies, transforming individual experiences into replicable methodologies and strengthening the team’s collaborative capabilities.

In his concluding remarks, Chairman Tian Zhenxiang first expressed gratitude to the entire team for their hard work over the past year. He particularly emphasized, “ ‘Whey ferment’ is not just a new product; it embodies our commitment to health and dedication to innovation through R&D.” He also reiterated the importance of continuous learning, encouraging everyone to face the market with初心 (original aspiration), refine products with匠心 (craftsmanship), and work diligently together to write a new chapter for Yujin in 2026.
