Overview

Compound seasoning powder is defined as a solid compound condiment complying with the national standardGB 31644-2018. It is widely applied in instant soup bases, marinades, barbecue seasonings, hot pot bases and powder sachets for prepared dishes. Compared with liquid and paste seasonings, it features lower logistics costs, convenient dry storage, and full compatibility with industrial brewing and processing.
Despite its prominent advantages, compound seasoning powder faces common technical challenges: moisture absorption & caking, aroma oxidation, flavor stratification and poor water solubility.
